- •Success growing revenue within accounts
- •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- •Ability to manage multiple accounts

- •Manage and grow key agency accounts
- •Act as a trusted strategic advisor
- •Align platform capabilities with client goals
- •Drive account strategy, performance, and retention
- •Partner with internal teams to onboard customers
- •Scale accounts and unlock revenue opportunities
- •Lead strategic planning and business reviews
- •Conduct performance discussions with senior stakeholders
- •Deliver platform insights and performance recommendations
- •Provide ongoing client education and training
- •Share client feedback with Product Management
- •Advocate for roadmap enhancements and client success
- •Mentor and support junior team members
- •Develop best practices and training materials
- •Create sales enablement and customer documentation
