- BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related area or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in digital media industry focusing on performance marketing
- Fluency in German and English

- Help clients achieve performance that exceeds expectations
- Collaborate with account executives and product teams on campaigns
- Develop innovative optimization strategies for measurable ROI
- Manage complex projects with cross-functional collaboration
- Analyze campaign performance data to guide measurement strategies
- Identify performance trends and optimize campaigns for results
- Provide recommendations for upsell opportunities
- Increase revenue with performance-oriented clients
- Offer ongoing technical support and real-time analyses
- Educate clients on Snap's advertising product suite
- Influence Snap's ad product roadmap through client participation
