Aufgaben
- Proactively and strategically source, screen, and assess qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders and HR partners to understand business needs
- Plan job fairs, interview days, and other high-volume candidate processing programs
- Deliver a diverse slate of candidates
- Establish and build relationships with recruiters and HR teams to share knowledge
- Provide data, research, and analysis on competitive intelligence and labor trends
- Manage all activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Accurately track and report recruitment activity data
- Manage all background check and drug-screening processes
- Manage all offer processes accurately and efficiently
- Analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target needs
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety rules
- Exhibit reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance
- Effectively read, write, and speak in English and German
