Anforderungen
- Proven track record in business application software sales
- 2+ years of professional working experience in sales of business software/IT solutions
- First experience in the public sector
- Deep understanding of the HR solution market and HR business
- Demonstrated success with large transactions in the HR software business
- Ability to work in a larger virtual account team and lead without authority
- Proven contractual and negotiation skills
- Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription solutions
- Willingness to work with complex customer organizations in Retail or Public industry
- Fluent German and English language skills
Aufgaben
- Generate demand and manage the sales pipeline
- Close sales opportunities
- Develop opportunity plans with compelling value propositions
- Conduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Create compelling sales events to win back customers from competitors
- Address customer value propositions using SAP's go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with the account team on sales campaigns
- Manage customer relationships at the solution area level
- Progress opportunities for cloud migration and account expansion
- Utilize knowledge of HR operations and business processes
- Stay informed about SAP's competition and value drivers
- Leverage SAP's team of experts to meet customer needs
- Encourage customer participation in SAP communities and events
- Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
