- Host functional and technical workshops for platform customization
- Troubleshoot and provide expertise on technical environment integration
- Monitor customer portfolios to increase product adoption
- Deliver complementary solutions such as platform audits
- Develop scalable processes to improve project delivery quality
- Pitch the platform's value to various stakeholders
- Contribute best practices and lessons learned to the knowledge base
- Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to enhance client services
- Onboard and mentor new Solution Deployment Managers
- Master the product offering and internal tools like Trello
