Aufgaben
- Manage technical relationships from onboarding through expansion
- Engage with stakeholders to understand infrastructure and goals
- Lead technical workshops and architecture sessions
- Align platform solutions with client business objectives
- Run pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and usage issues
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams
- Manage and escalate technical blockers efficiently
- Advocate for customer needs within the product team
- Share best practices to guide long-term customer strategy
