Aufgaben
- Manage plant operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate main and secondary service providers.
- Oversee and authorize work.
- Adapt contractual tasks to departmental needs.
- Coordinate all subcontractors and suppliers.
- Execute operational tasks in substations, lines, and transformers.
- Support local operations with the main contractor.
- Organize and assign daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and work standards.
- Maintain optimal plant performance.
- Provide continuous technical support to operators.
- Manage personnel work schedules and holidays.
- Manage resources including PPE, vehicles, and payments.
- Prepare O&M reports using SCADA monitoring.
- Perform technical analysis for O&M reports.
- Consolidate data to support decision-making.
- Communicate plant availability to the remote office.
- Coordinate switching operations and outages.
- Adjust operational programs due to incidents or conditions.
- Record, code, and analyze relevant communications.
- Perform on-site incident diagnosis.
- Identify and coordinate appropriate service providers.
- Supervise repair works on site.
- Supervise repairs in substations, lines, and transformers.
- Respond to incidents during and outside working hours.
- Act as initial point of contact for owners.
- Manage waste and monitor environmental compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes.
- Analyze, define, implement, and monitor improvement initiatives.
- Promote behavioral transformation for operational excellence.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety, environment, and quality.
- Communicate environmental requirements to subcontractors.
- Promote good environmental practices on-site.
- Oversee waste management per legal and internal rules.
- Ensure compliance with operational control measures.
- Monitor relevant operational indicators.
- Disseminate emergency response procedures to personnel.
- Report near misses or emergencies to supervisors.
