- Coordinate early-stage permitting and grid requirements
- Lead negotiations for lease or purchase agreements
- Oversee and optimize the regional real estate portfolio
- Cultivate relationships with landowners and utilities
- Analyze transport markets to identify charging demand
- Secure anchor customers for new charging sites
