Service Specialist – Video- & Unified-Communications-Systeme(m/w/x)
Managing Microsoft Teams Rooms, monitoring with Hummingbird/Teams Admin Center, troubleshooting network protocols (SIP/TCP/IP) at AV/UCC technology specialist. Anforderungen
- Completed technical education or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge in networking: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, routing & switching
- Experience with video conferencing systems
- Skills in troubleshooting audio/video components and network integration
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Intune
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong initiative, customer orientation, and structured approach
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and interest in new technology
Aufgaben
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for video and UC systems
- Perform troubleshooting and fault resolution via remote access or on-site
- Support the setup, maintenance, and updates of Microsoft Teams Rooms systems
- Monitor system health using platforms like Hummingbird and Teams Admin Center
- Analyze network and protocol issues such as SIP and TCP/IP
- Maintain detailed documentation and update the knowledge base
- Create technical guides for internal use
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and manufacturer support
- Assist with rollouts and upgrades of complex video and UC infrastructures
