- Ensure seamless integration between Product teams and Platform
- Translate product needs into platform capabilities
- Align skills and capacity with business priorities
- Facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration
- Build relationships across product teams and technology organization
- Provide technical leadership and support decision-making
- Advise engineers on solution design and architectural patterns
- Prioritize technical backlog with emphasis on platform standards
- Contribute to strategic platform direction and long-term investments
- Lead platform-relevant topics and initiatives
- Coordinate system upgrades, disaster recovery, and authorization concepts
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and innovations
- Implement Artificial Intelligence and Automation solutions
