Aufgaben
- Drive excellence in retail operations
- Lead implementation and optimization of warehouse capabilities
- Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable outcomes for fulfillment processes
- Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable outcomes for warehouse processes
- Define tactical roadmap and strategy for BlueYonder implementation
- Align product vision with Value Stream objectives
- Balance business requirements with technical demands
- Develop and implement blueprint processes
- Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product team and business units
- Gather and align operational requirements with stakeholders
- Ensure transparent communication across stakeholder levels
- Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog for warehouse processes
- Work daily with delivery teams on user stories, refinements, and planning
- Monitor delivery KPIs and ensure implementation quality
- Guide development from concept to launch
- Ensure deliveries meet product goals and business requirements
