Anforderungen
- Proven leadership/senior management experience in Operations, RevOps, AdTech, or Retail Media
- Deep understanding of CRM and OMS infrastructure
- Hands-on experience or strong architectural knowledge of Salesforce
- ADvendio experience (major plus)
- Strong background in project management
- Strong background in process automation
- Highly analytical mindset
- Track record of using data for business decisions
- Track record of using data for operational efficiency
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive change across international markets
- Fluent in English
- Additional European languages (a plus)
Aufgaben
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 5+ FTEs
- Develop Salesforce Experts, Project Managers, Data & Analytics Specialists, and Working Students
- Serve as the strategic owner of core Retail Media systems
- Ensure Salesforce ADvendio scales to support commercial growth
- Standardize 'One Way of Working' across 11 international markets
- Evaluate operational workflows of Client Success & Operations teams
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in daily execution
- Source and implement new tech solutions for automation
- Oversee all operational projects
- Steer projects to align with strategic goals
- Transition post-sales from execution-heavy to commercial steering
- Supervise analytics output for actionable insights
- Empower International Client Success team to drive retention
- Reduce churn and identify upsell opportunities for Sales
- Bridge IT/Infrastructure, Sales, and International Post-Sales teams
