- •Degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or Economics
- •5-8 years experience in Sales Management or Consulting
- •Experience managing and developing teams
- •Understanding of MedTech sales processes and planning
- •Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
- •Understanding of Medical Device sales and forecasting
- •Experience with CRM systems and analytics
- •Analytical thinking and comprehensive management skills
- •Willingness to travel up to 20%
- •Fluency in English
- •MBA or other advanced degree
- •Experience in Sales Management
- •Experience supporting complex Sports Medicine portfolios
