  • •Solid understanding of new technical developments and trends in building management
  • •Strong analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail
  • •Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • •Confident in Excel and data visualization tools
  • •Efficient time management and effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
