Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, psychology, or related field
- •At least 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- •Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- •Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Outstanding organization and attention to detail
- •Fluency in English and German
- •High volume recruiting and sourcing experience
- •Blue-collar hiring experience
- •In-house recruitment experience
