Aufgaben
- Coordinate third-party inbound transportation for adidas Direct Customers
- Achieve world-class service levels at optimal cost
- Ensure inbound transportation meets Direct customer requirements
- Work closely with LSPs, DCs, Customs teams, and Customer Services
- Recommend and implement efficient transportation solutions
- Lead internal project initiatives for Direct customers
- Support and coach team colleagues
- Deputize for the manager and take over tasks
- Maintain current knowledge of Direct customer requirements
- Optimize detention and demurrage options to minimize costs
- Ensure timely ocean freight container restitution
- Manage transit times for timely product delivery
- Review and propose process improvements
- Build strong relationships with Market and Global functions
- Develop effective relationships with LSPs
- Represent Inbound Transportation in meetings
