- Coordinate and drive SCM Retail roadmap
- Align with Sales on key initiatives
- Contribute to Supply Chain initiative prioritization
- Facilitate stakeholder partnerships for consistency
- Communicate performance and capabilities to Retail teams
- Drive Retail initiatives with stakeholders
- Support Global SCM in defining Retail metrics
- Monitor Supply Chain initiative performance
- Identify deviations and initiate changes
- Enhance Retail Supply Chain systems and processes
- Set and approve Retail Performance KPIs
- Manage dependencies across initiatives
- Improve Supply Chain Retail and Omnichannel capabilities
- Resolve escalations to meet targets
- Maintain toolkit and best practices
