Aufgaben
- Manage mid-scale distribution and supply chain projects
- Deliver sub-elements of larger projects globally or regionally
- Lead global and cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Design detailed project plans based on project scope
- Coordinate people and resources to execute project plans
- Measure engagement and quality assurance to meet KPIs
- Monitor project variables against the project plan
- Implement corrective or preventative actions as needed
- Manage change management for project success
- Formally close and hand over projects
- Ensure project documents are approved and stored
- Identify and manage project dependencies
- Raise dependency issues with project sponsors
- Lead multi-functional project teams
- Develop and train project team members
- Partner with internal departments to set project requirements
- Manage 3PL projects on warehousing and transport
- Conduct interviews and manage external supplier costs
- Establish and control project costs
- Ensure compliance with company and supply chain standards
- Track and report monthly budget accruals and variances
- Resolve conflicts and escalations within projects
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
