Anforderungen

  • Experience analyzing customer metrics and leveraging data for customer success
  • Experience identifying next opportunities for customer partnerships
  • Creative thinking and innovative solution development for customer challenges
  • Enthusiasm, seamless teamwork, and focus on inclusive culture and development
  • Experience with large/emerging Technology, Financial Services, Acquirers/Processors, Service Providers, and/or digital platform partners

Aufgaben

  • Support developing and delivering strategic regional priorities
  • Ensure priority customers effectively use Services products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize Mastercard product value
  • Engage stakeholders to study solution viability
  • Understand cyber threats in financial and payment sectors
  • Identify customer optimization opportunities to drive value
  • Articulate KPIs for cost, performance, and optimization
  • Communicate KPI insights
  • Leverage Mastercard Services offerings for customer goals
  • Realize Mastercard product value propositions
  • Identify additional Mastercard products for customer value
  • Evaluate business models, partnerships, and agreements
  • Ensure financially viable product business cases
  • Ensure data supports product business cases
  • Develop scalable training materials for customer priorities
  • Develop scalable thought leadership for customer success
  • Develop scalable customer-facing playbooks
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric solutions
  • Gather and report customer feedback on product gaps
  • Gather and report customer feedback on pain points
  • Refine value propositions using stakeholder insights
  • Improve products using stakeholder insights
  • Abide by Mastercard security policies and practices
  • Ensure information confidentiality and integrity
  • Report suspected information security violations or breaches
  • Complete mandatory security trainings
