- Ensure data supports product business cases
- Develop scalable training materials for customer priorities
- Develop scalable thought leadership for customer success
- Develop scalable customer-facing playbooks
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric solutions
- Gather and report customer feedback on product gaps
- Gather and report customer feedback on pain points
- Refine value propositions using stakeholder insights
- Improve products using stakeholder insights
- Abide by Mastercard security policies and practices
