Anforderungen
- University degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, (bio)chemistry, or related field
- PhD related to separation sciences preferred
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience with PhD or 9 years without PhD
- In-depth knowledge of biopharmaceutical characterization by CE
- Several years of hands-on experience with CE instruments from different vendors
- Proven experience in developing, transferring, and troubleshooting CE analytical methods
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong lateral leadership capabilities
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with openness to new ideas
- Team-oriented personality with strong motivational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute capillary electrophoresis (CE) analysis for clients
- Support client project acquisition with expertise
- Characterize biopharmaceutical molecules, including proteins and nucleic acids
- Develop new CE methods and interpret data alongside other analytical approaches
- Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge in CE and related fields
- Drive innovation in CE to address evolving business needs
- Collaborate with business development, finance, and technical support teams
- Lead assigned client projects, overseeing planning and implementation
- Evaluate data and prepare reporting activities
