- Manage daily vaccine immunogenicity testing using clinical trial samples
- Monitor assays and perform troubleshooting
- Oversee CRO offsite sample storage and shipments
- Develop, optimize, and validate methods following international guidelines
- Automate plate-based assays using liquid handlers like Biomek i7
- Maintain and improve GCLP quality standards
- Prepare and review technical and quality documents
- Plan, execute, and report equipment and software qualifications
- Analyze data and interpret experimental results
- Present and discuss results with department and project teams
- Collaborate with QA, regulatory, clinical, and cross-functional teams
- Train, mentor, and supervise technicians and research associates
