- Experience in development, optimization and validation of analytical methods
- Preferably industry experience under GMP or GLP
- Advanced English communication skills
- Advanced German communication skills
Aufgaben
- Manage daily routine testing of GMP samples
- Monitor assays and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain and improve GMP quality standards
- Participate in routine testing as needed
- Transfer and validate methods for analytical procedures
- Train colleagues on analytical methods
- Prepare and review technical documents, including SOPs and reports
- Prepare and review quality-related documents, such as Change Requests and Deviation Reports
- Develop new QC assays
- Qualify equipment
