Aufgaben
- Express and purify proteins from bacterial and mammalian systems
- Utilize FPLC for protein purification processes
- Characterize recombinant vaccine candidates using biophysical and biochemical assays
- Perform DLS, cGE, and SEC-HPLC for candidate analysis
- Execute molecular biological, biochemical, and immunological in vitro assays
- Conduct Western blots and ELISA for vaccine characterization
- Plan and organize experiments independently with accurate documentation
- Prepare data for technical reports and presentations
- Collaborate with scientists, technicians, trainees, and adjacent departments
