- Hands-on experience with SPR or enzymatic assays
- Ability to integrate biochemical/biophysical data in early drug discovery programs
- Leadership experience and personnel responsibility for technical assistants
- Positive, communicative, and open personality
Aufgaben
- Support drug discovery projects through biochemical and biophysical characterization of ligand-target interactions
- Develop and apply methods for screening and characterizing fragment-target, small molecule-target, DNA or RNA-target, biologic-target, and protein-protein interactions
- Utilize biochemical and biophysical technologies such as SPR, nanoDSF, MST, ITC, and various enzymatic assays
- Analyze and summarize results in reports for customers
- Discuss reports with customers and integrate data into their drug discovery projects
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams alongside colleagues from other disciplines
