Aufgaben
- Own the end-to-end renewal journey for DACH region clients
- Manage Enterprise and Mid-Market client accounts
- Act as a versatile partner to ensure optimal customer outcomes
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams
- Identify and pursue potential expansion opportunities
- Maintain accurate 120-day forecasts
- Ensure high data hygiene within the CRM
- Simplify renewal processes for high-velocity execution
