- Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles
- Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive R&D products
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
- Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling teams or domain practices
- Experience with global R&D organizations or multi-therapeutic portfolios
- Proven experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients

- Embed Aily App into portfolio governance routines.
- Embed Aily App into clinical development routines.
- Embed Aily App into pipeline strategy routines.
- Manage the Aily.r&d client journey.
- Ensure full product deployment.
- Build trust in the product.
- Translate R&D routines into product requirements.
- Translate R&D routines into AI decision logic.
- Refine AI model performance.
- Shape the product roadmap.
- Shape future high-impact R&D use cases.
- Lead product deployments.
- Guide R&D data readiness.
- Validate AI with portfolio and clinical leaders.
- Upskill R&D managers and executives.
- Accelerate time to value.
- Define AI outcomes.
- Define R&D decision quality standards.
- Co-shape scalable R&D product capabilities.
- Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility.
- Partner with teams on R&D operational readiness.
- Define and own data requirements.
- Define and own data collection needs.
- Define and own AI fine-tuning needs.
- Influence product roadmap with client insights.
- Act as trusted R&D domain expert for clients.
- Act as trusted R&D domain expert for internal teams.
- Advise R&D officers and leaders.
- Represent R&D user needs in product discussions.

- Communicate AI and data topics clearly.
