- Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling teams (Preferred)
- Experience with global manufacturing or multi-site organizations (Preferred)

- Architect AI solutions for manufacturing and supply modules
- Translate operational routines into product requirements
- Define AI outcomes and decision quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering on product feasibility
- Manage data requirements and AI fine-tuning needs
- Influence the product roadmap using client insights
- Advise manufacturing leaders and supply chain executives
- Communicate complex AI topics in operational language
- Mentor junior team members on domain expertise
- Drive deployments from initial use to enterprise adoption
- Upskill users through workshops and engagement campaigns
- Embed AI into daily site decision-making cadences
