- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical feasibility
- Define data requirements and AI fine-tuning needs
- Influence the product roadmap using client insights
- Advise C-level procurement stakeholders as a trusted partner
- Represent user needs in product development discussions
- Communicate complex AI topics in clear business language
- Drive product rollouts from pilot to enterprise adoption
- Manage timelines for user activation and routine integration
- Upskill users through workshops and engagement campaigns
