Aufgaben
- Lead monthly Revenue Forecast process for assigned Business Areas
- Support data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with Operations, Business Development and department heads to review performance
- Monitor ongoing projects
- Assess future opportunities
- Analyze historical trends and current performance to ensure forecast accuracy
- Identify revenue improvement opportunities
- Lead monthly Capacity Planning process
- Conduct capacity analysis
- Perform capacity forecasting
- Provide resource allocation recommendations
- Provide regular capacity reports and dashboards
- Perform ad hoc analyses for management
- Support Portfolio Governance by delivering insights for project and portfolio reviews
- Provide reporting for project and portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, Portfolio Management and Finance
- Ensure effective project monitoring
- Ensure milestone recognition
- Ensure month-end closure activities
- Ensure accurate time tracking
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Promote planning methodologies, tools and governance frameworks
- Continuously improve planning methodologies, tools and governance frameworks
- Act as a key planning partner for assigned Operations departments
- Ensure consistency and adherence to best practices
- Identify solutions to streamline planning processes
