- Define and develop planning and reporting processes
- Coordinate and execute the performance management process
- Prepare business plans and group material
- Coordinate and run monthly reporting and forecasting
- Ensure adherence to accounting guidelines
- Ensure integrity and reconciliation of financial data
- Coordinate and prepare follow-up reports and meeting material
- Define reporting templates and timelines
- Define and develop IT system requirements for controlling
- Maintain target and KPI systems and scorecards
