Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related
- MBA, CFA, or other advanced qualification preferred
- Significant FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, financial strategy, or management consulting experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or complex global industries preferred
- Proven track record leading financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-support
- Experience in a multinational organization
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights
- Experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders
- Experience in a complex, matrixed, international environment
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing finance teams
- Driving organizational performance through leadership and influence
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, planning tools, reporting platforms, and data analytics solutions
- Experience driving finance transformation initiatives highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including Executive Leadership Teams and Boards
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Additional languages are an advantage
- International mindset
- Experience working across multiple geographies and diverse cultural environments
Aufgaben
- Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leaders
- Provide financial insights and decision support
- Lead Executive Leadership Team and Board financial reporting
- Prepare business reviews and strategic planning materials
- Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities
- Develop financial analyses and performance narratives
- Support strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Support business development and investment evaluations
- Lead the global FP&A function
- Ensure consistency and alignment across regions
- Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Align planning with corporate strategy and market dynamics
- Establish and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Improve accountability and business outcomes
- Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team
- Foster a culture of collaboration and analytical excellence
- Partner with Finance Business Partnering and Controlling teams
- Ensure integrated financial planning and performance management
- Improve global financial planning and reporting infrastructure
- Enhance financial models and management reporting processes
- Drive finance transformation initiatives
- Leverage technology and data analytics for forecasting
- Provide financial leadership for strategic projects
- Support acquisitions and partnerships
- Support business cases and organizational transformation
- Ensure timely and accurate financial insights delivery
