Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or related discipline; MBA or advanced qualification preferred
- Significant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, financial markets, corporate performance management, and investor expectations
- Proven ability to develop compelling executive presentations and communicate complex financial information clearly and engagingly
- Exceptional storytelling, written communication, presentation design, and executive communication skills
- Experience supporting senior executives, boards of directors, investors, analysts, and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities to synthesize information into concise strategic messages
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills with strong visual communication and design eye
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in international, publicly listed, or highly regulated organization strongly preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages advantageous
- International mindset with experience working across cultures, geographies, and complex matrix organizations
Aufgaben
- Lead the development of the company's financial narrative and communication strategy
- Partner with the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and other key functions to communicate business performance and strategic priorities
- Prepare and coordinate external financial communication materials, including earnings and investor presentations
- Develop compelling executive presentations for Board meetings and strategy reviews
- Translate complex financial, operational, and strategic information into impactful messages
- Ensure messaging consistency across financial reporting and corporate presentations
- Transform financial results, forecasts, and strategic plans into executive-ready materials
- Support communications related to strategic initiatives and major corporate events
- Establish best practices for executive presentations and financial storytelling
- Lead the development of presentation templates and communication frameworks
- Advise senior executives on presentation effectiveness and communication strategy
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Investor Relations on messaging alignment
