- Transform HR setup from spreadsheets to integrated, automated infrastructure
- Support international expansion (PL, IT, FR, CH, NL) within Personio
- Unlock Personio's full potential
- Implement API integrations with third-party systems
- Use automation tools (RPA, Make/Zapier) for seamless data flows
- Build and develop a state-of-the-art analytics environment
- Define KPIs and create dashboards for C-level and HRBPs
- Design and standardize global HR processes for scalability
- Consider local HR requirements in process design
- Support CPO and Senior People Operations Manager in complex initiatives
- Implement job architectures, salary bands, and compensation frameworks technically
- Act as internal HR systems expert
- Design and deliver workshops for the People team
- Upskill People team in HR reporting and analytics
- Enable People team to work efficiently with HR systems
