Aufgaben
- Prepare and process on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls
- Maintain data in SAP-HCM
- Control figures for mass salary increases and individual increases
- Manage benefit changes, absences, and leaves
- Handle confidential information
- Provide tax and social insurance data to government authorities
- Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with Finance and Controlling for payroll accounting data reconciliation
- Support employees in time data recording and maintenance
- Implement pension schemes and other benefits in the payroll process
- Work with vendors to ensure service quality
- Execute processes according to local legislation and company policies
- Support BPs with workers council, unions, and official documentation
- Safeguard employee privacy and protect sensitive information
