Anforderungen

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics for consumer apps or digital products, ideally subscription-based
  • Deep hands-on expertise in marketing measurement, including attribution models, incrementality, MMM concepts, cohort-based LTV analysis, and experimentation
  • Strong understanding of app and web tracking, including limitations, discrepancies, and common pitfalls
  • Advanced SQL skills and extensive experience working with marketing platforms and BI tools
  • Experience with MMPs such as Adjust or AppsFlyer
  • Experience working with CRM data and tools, including lifecycle and retention analysis
  • Strong statistical intuition and data storytelling skills
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Business-minded and outcome-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in mobile subscription or freemium app environments
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical environments
  • Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery
  • Exposure to building analytics foundations or scaling marketing analytics in fast-growing organizations

Aufgaben

  • Own performance and CRM analytics across channels
  • Ensure consistent implementation and reporting of marketing performance metrics
  • Build and maintain attribution frameworks and support predictive models
  • Identify and address inconsistencies in tracking and conversion logic
  • Design and evaluate experiments to measure channel incrementality
  • Partner with teams to shape testing roadmaps and interpret results
  • Build and evolve dashboards that inform decision-making
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations
  • Support planning and forecasting with various teams
  • Establish an insight-driven decision culture within the organization
  • Define best practices for marketing data pipelines and standards
  • Identify gaps in tooling and data quality, proposing solutions
