- Strong CRM architecture understanding
- Ability to read API documentation
- Ability to communicate with backend engineers on events and user schemas
- Ideal CRM migration experience, understanding IP warming, data mapping, legacy cleanup pitfalls
- Analytical mindset, proficiency in data-driven problem solving
- Enjoyment of untangling complex data issues
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical tickets

Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end Braze migration
- Design data infrastructure
- Design scalable CRM technical workflows
- Coordinate with Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams
- Architect Braze platform transition
- Determine migration scope
- Identify systems for sunsetting
- Rebuild complex lifecycle journeys (activation, retention, reactivation)
- Lead CRM data flow strategy
- Define custom attributes, events, API triggers
- Ensure seamless Braze data mapping
- Oversee daily CRM technical health
- Set up sophisticated campaigns
- Perform rigorous quality assurance (QA)
- Troubleshoot technical debt and data issues
- Manage IP warming and sender reputation
- Monitor daily deliverability metrics
- Optimize infrastructure for maximum reach
- Build A/B and multivariate testing framework
- Translate performance data into experiments
