- Experience in high-growth consumer-tech (B2C) environment
- Deep Martech & Adtech landscape expertise (CDPs, MMPs, Server-side tracking)
- Understanding of modern data stacks interface (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt)
- Experience treating data as a product
- Building scalable, automated internal tools
- Deep understanding of unit economics, CAC/LTV dynamics
- Ability to translate technical data to business risks/opportunities
- Technical depth for code reviews or architectural audits
- Foundational SQL proficiency
- Understanding of Python/R for predictive modeling
- Proven ability to lead teams through pivots, scaling challenges, and organizational transformations

- Develop Incrementality testing frameworks.
- Develop Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Establish a sophisticated data governance framework.

- Ensure GDPR and regulatory compliance.
- Leverage privacy-first data collection for competitive advantage.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in the global data council.
- Integrate marketing data architecture with the company data warehouse.
