- Years of progressive Global Mobility experience
- Leadership and cross-regional program management experience
- Expertise in full assignment lifecycle management
- Knowledge of international payroll, tax, and law
- Confidence in navigating complex compliance environments
- Strong project, change, and stakeholder management
- High customer and employee experience orientation
Aufgaben
- Lead the design and governance of global mobility standards
- Continuously improve global mobility policies and programs
- Ensure high-quality mobility experiences throughout the assignment lifecycle
- Drive global mobility strategy, processes, and systems
- Standardize global mobility while enabling local flexibility
- Develop policies for all assignment types and tax positioning
- Balance global consistency with local legal and cultural requirements
- Manage complex executive and senior international assignment cases
- Harmonize global processes with HR, Payroll, and Legal stakeholders
- Implement and improve global mobility systems and tools
- Automate immigration and assignment management data services
- Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and social security laws
- Coordinate international payroll and employment law considerations
- Oversee vendor management and external service provider governance
- Develop compliant mobility solutions for emerging markets
- Lead and develop the global mobility team
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence
