- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Relevant academic degree in business administration, informatics, or engineering
- Extensive professional experience (typically 8+ years)
- Experience in automotive, production, logistics, or supply chain industries
- Strong experience leading change and IT/SAP transformation programs
- Excellent command of program/project management practices
- Familiarity with key rollout phases (testing, cut-over, go-live, hyper-care)
- Ownership in critical delivery situations
- Cross-functional steering and escalation management
- Independent cross-functional leadership
- Management and supervision of diverse teams
- Setting clear expectations and driving accountability
- Enabling effective collaboration across functions/geographies
- Confident use of Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
- Project/program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) desirable
Aufgaben
- Serve as key member of KION Business Transformation Deployment Core Team
- Provide program-level leadership for business process and solution roll-in
- Define and continuously improve rollout strategy and deployment approach
- Orchestrate multiple deployment waves for consistent execution
- Lead and steer country- and region-specific roll-ins
- Implement global standards while aligning with local requirements
- Hold end-to-end accountability for critical deployment phases
- Ensure stable transition into live operations
- Build alignment through collaboration with country coordinators and stakeholders
- Apply IT and program management expertise for effective decision-making
- Define and drive business readiness activities
- Plan integrated deployment and contingency scenarios
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and deliverables
- Chair local workstream and status governance meetings
- Lead escalations with clear structure and transparency
- Ensure structured handover to receiving organization post-go-live
- Partner with core team and operations for successful hyper-care phase
- Maintain long-term stability in business-as-usual
