- Develop and drive the EMEA AR strategy
- Represent the AR function in senior-level meetings
- Present AR insights to influence organizational decision-making
- Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with the global cash application team
- Maintain methodologies for world-class cash collection
- Resolve unapplied cash exceptions and application disputes
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness through financial analysis
- Coordinate credit evaluations with internal commercial teams
- Manage credit risk reporting and risk management strategies
- Establish credit limits and terms per company policy
- Manage Letters of Credit with banks and third parties
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Handle customer inquiries and billing disputes professionally
- Collaborate with sales to resolve root-cause billing issues
- Lead the cash collection process to improve cash flow
- Implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding
- Maintain effective collection policies and procedures
