- Drive improvements across travel and expense operations
- Assist EMEA employees with expense-related inquiries
- Support international regions as needed
- Ensure efficient and accurate report processing
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Enforce policies using Concur and Appzen
- Administer and enhance the T&E system
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize automation
- Resolve complex report issues with various departments
- Deliver training on policies and system usage
- Analyze activity data to provide compliance insights
- Present compliance reports to leadership regularly
- Serve as the first escalation point for inquiries
- Recommend resolutions for complex exceptions to management
