Anforderungen

  • •Experience building FP&A in high-growth environments
  • •Proficiency in three-statement modeling from scratch
  • •Ability to explain complex finance tradeoffs
  • •Disciplined planning and systems thinking skills
  • •6-10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic finance
  • •4 years hands-on FP&A experience at high-growth companies
  • •Track record owning full planning cycles
  • •Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or technology sectors
  • •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills
  • •Fluency in SaaS metrics and consumption-based models
  • •Experience with modern finance tech stacks
  • •Knowledge of international operations and US GAAP
  • •Ability to build executive-level dashboards
  • •Experience with usage-based revenue or API pricing
  • •Understanding of subscription and developer-focused markets
  • •Exposure to enterprise contracts and technical sales
  • •Experience scaling companies 3-5x
  • •Intellectual honesty regarding uncertainty

Aufgaben

  • •Drive the full annual and quarterly planning cycles
  • •Manage rolling projections and long-range strategic planning
  • •Build sophisticated financial models for diverse revenue streams
  • •Analyze GPU compute economics and headcount planning
  • •Manage cash flow across US and German entities
  • •Deliver business reviews with variance analysis and KPIs
  • •Provide actionable insights for executive and board reporting
  • •Lead scenario planning for GPU contracts and R&D investment
  • •Develop pricing frameworks and go-to-market expansion strategies
  • •Partner with leadership on complex revenue forecasting
  • •Collaborate with Engineering on GPU infrastructure planning
  • •Build executive dashboards tracking ARR and cohort economics
  • •Monitor gross margins and infrastructure cost relationships
  • •Design scalable, automated FP&A and accounting processes
  • •Support pricing optimization and enterprise contract structuring
  • •Conduct customer segmentation economics and fundraising support
