- Deliver a consistent customer experience
- Manage and improve logistics partner performance
- Ensure SLA compliance for delivery and returns
- Build strong relationships with logistics partners
- Drive cost efficiency in logistics operations
- Implement continuous performance improvements
- Lead operational planning and execution
- Manage routing and capacity planning
- Allocate partners for delivery and returns
- Ensure readiness for demand variability and peak periods
- Identify and resolve operational issues
- Address delivery and returns delays
- Resolve failed pickup issues
- Manage product damages
- Handle customer complaints
- Drive root cause analysis for issues
- Implement scalable corrective actions
- Define and monitor KPIs
- Improve OTIF and ROTIF metrics
- Track Delivery Time and CSAT
- Align KPIs with business targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Align priorities with S&OP
- Support launches with Network Management
- Drive process improvements with Customer Excellence
- Work with Tech to improve logistics
- Drive automation initiatives
- Optimize processes with Tech & Engineering
- Reduce manual effort in logistics
- Improve scalability of logistics operations
- Enhance visibility across logistics
