Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Hands-on experience in B2B environment, ideally in Call Centres or Customer Service
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or start-up setting (plus)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, deliver outcomes
- Solid MS Office skills, emphasis on Excel/Tableau
- Experience of end-to-end system integration (plus)
- Excellent stakeholder and account management skills
- Ability to handle multiple customers and internal partners
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- High adaptability and resilience
- Thriving in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Effective problem-solving with hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Proactive self-starter
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Anticipating challenges and addressing issues proactively
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in German, Portuguese, Spanish, or French (plus)
Aufgaben
- Manage B2B supply chain accounts in BENEDACH market
- Ensure efficient and effective account operations
- Lead daily retail B2B operations for multiple accounts
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
- Collaborate with B2B teams to improve workflows
- Map and maintain SOP documentation
- Optimize processes for scalable operations
- Track process improvements using performance metrics
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic meetings
- Align with internal and external stakeholders on goals
- Build strong relationships with business partners
- Lead ad-hoc operational projects and client initiatives
- Serve as an expert in operational best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and EDI integrations
- Use Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis
- Analyze and report on performance against KPIs
