Aufgaben
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers
- Ensure reliable and compliant HR service delivery across EMEA
- Take full ownership of HR operations for accuracy and quality
- Prepare and review employment contracts and amendments
- Maintain employee data and handle lifecycle changes
- Manage HR queries efficiently and service-oriented
- Support global mobility processes, including visa applications
- Ensure compliance with labour law, especially in Germany
- Maintain a consistent approach across countries
- Act as a key interface between HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders
- Ensure data quality in the HRIS (HiBob)
- Support ongoing process improvements in HRIS
- Contribute to HR projects for process optimization and digitalization
