Anforderungen
- University degree in HR, business psychology, administration, or similar
- 5–8 years experience as HR business partner
- Extensive experience advising senior and executive managers
- Understanding of organizational development and change management
- Experience with EMEA labor law and culture
- Strategic competence, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented work approach
- Very good German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Provide strategic HR consulting for EMEA executives and senior management
- Support and implement organizational development and change projects
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Oversee performance management, employee development, and retention
- Consult on international labor law issues with Group Legal
- Design and develop leadership, talent, and succession concepts
- Implement group-wide HR initiatives and standards regionally
- Analyze HR metrics to derive strategic measures
- Collaborate with local HR teams and centers of excellence
- Coordinate with global HR stakeholders
