Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and commercializing dairy and plant-based yogurt products
- Expertise in experimental design, process development, troubleshooting, and technical data analysis
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to commercialization
- Excellent communication skills, including technical reporting and impactful presentations
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer visits, facility trials, and conferences
- Creative problem solver with strong scientific rigor and passion for food innovation
- Collaborative team player with proven industry experience and capability to scale up products
- Clear communicator committed to commercial excellence and translating technical findings into business impact
- Curious, proactive, and eager to stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies
Aufgaben
- Lead yogurt product development initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-driven solutions
- Translate customer needs into innovative solutions
- Overcome formulation challenges for breakthrough products
- Formulate and optimize yogurt products in lab and pilot-scale environments
- Design experiments and analyze data to improve product efficiency
- Act as a subject matter expert in yogurt applications
- Offer strategic guidance and support commercialization efforts
- Evaluate novel ingredients and technologies for product enhancement
- Coordinate sensory testing and quality monitoring
- Collaborate with Sensory, Rheology, and Texture teams
- Ensure robust analytical and organoleptic evaluations
- Manage project timelines and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership
