Anforderungen

- Proven new business development track record
- Demonstrated full sales cycle management

- Ability to work in standard office environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Secure and grow business through proactive sales
- Develop new business opportunities and territory presence
- Position PPD as a preferred partner for clinical development
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract
- Act as primary client contact during sales process
- Ensure seamless transition to delivery teams
- Maintain market awareness and competitive landscape
- Execute opportunity management process
- Develop RFP strategies and client presentations
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Generate new business through prospecting and outreach
- Achieve or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Address client feedback proactively
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing
- Mentor or support junior team members
