- 5+ years B2B sales experience
- Business development or new-client acquisition experience
- Experience selling to or influencing C-Level Executives
- Experience selling to HR decisionmakers
- Proven track record meeting sales targets
- Ability to manage and forecast complex sales process
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to conduct travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree desired
Aufgaben
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with C-level executives
- Understand clients' mission-critical priorities
- Identify and target Large Enterprise organizations
- Drive new business opportunities from initial outreach to close
- Convert prospects into active Gartner clients
- Own full sales conversation and negotiation
- Transition new clients to account management team
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales metrics and KPIs
- Align insights, guidance, and practical tools to deliver value
- Manage complex high-revenue sales in diverse environments
- Forecast and plan accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Achieve quota for assigned territory
