- Experience with Planning Tools (Anaplan)
- Experience with Reporting & Consolidation tools (Onestream)
Aufgaben
- Define and execute International Finance strategy
- Lead International Finance team of 15 employees
- Manage International FP&A and Controlling
- Steer annual budgeting and monthly forecasts
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Develop 5-year strategic business plan
- Partner with Regional CFOs and International Business teams
- Conduct value-based analytics and portfolio rationalization
- Support investment proposals
- Improve financial month-end closing processes
- Review and enhance reporting quality
- Present annual projections and 5-year plans
- Provide in-depth analytics to senior leaders
- Lead improvements in data models and business intelligence
- Analyze trends in P&L, balance sheet, and Free Cash Flows
- Understand and analyze non-financial trends
- Promote collaboration and best practices
- Drive standardization and efficiency improvements
- Execute ad hoc finance initiatives
